राष्ट्रीय सेवा का कर्तव्य निभाओ ( Perform the duty of service to the nation)

भगिनी निवेदिता ने लिखा है - "भारत ही स्वामी जी का हृदय में धड़कता था , भारत ही उनकी धमनियों में प्रवाहित होता था, भारत ही उनका एकमात्र स्वप्न था और भारत ही उनकी सनक थी ।" वह भारत के प्रति उनका असीम प्रेम ही है जिसके कारण विवेकानंद भारत के पर्याय बन गए और शायद इसीलिए रविंद्र नाथ टैगोर ने भी लिखा है "भारत को जानना है तो स्वामी विवेकानंद को पढ़ो।"

देश के कर्णधार नेतृत्व से लेकर आमजन तक सभी स्वार्थ की दौड़ में अंधे  होकर भाग रहे हैं। उन्हें तलाश है सुख की , वैभव की,  ऐश्वर्य की।  प्रत्येक मनुष्य इस भौतिकवादी युग की प्रत्येक वस्तु को हासिल कर लेना चाहता है । स्वामी जी ने धर्म और अन्य सब कुछ से ऊपर देश सेवा को माना है । और इसीलिए वह प्रश्न करते हैं - "क्या भारत मर जाएगा? नहीं भारत नहीं मर सकता । भारत ने सदैव विश्व को मान्यता का संदेश दिया है ,  तो क्या आज हम स्वयं ही मानवीय संवेदनाओं को भूल जाएंगे? भारत की आत्मा और गौरव को बचाने के लिए हमें राष्ट्र सेवा का संकल्प लेना होगा।  देश और देशवासियों की सेवा ही हमारा परम कर्तव्य है।  प्रत्येक भारतवासी को चाहिए कि वह राष्ट्र सेवा का कर्तव्य निभाएं।  प्रत्येक मनुष्य और राष्ट्र  को महान बनाने के लिए तीन चीजें आवश्यक है - 'सदाचार की शक्ति में विश्वास, ईर्ष्या व संदह का परीत्याग और  जो सत बनने या सत्कर्म करने के लिए यत्न वान हो , उनकी सहायता करना ।"

स्वामी जी कहते हैं - "देश भक्त बनो , जिस राष्ट्र ने अतीत में हमारे लिए इतने बड़े-बड़े काम किए हैं, उसे प्राणों से भी प्यारा समझो !..........  भारत तभी जागेगा , जब विशाल हृदय वाले सैकड़ों स्त्री-पुरुषों , भोग विलास और सुख की सभी इच्छाओं को विसर्जित कर मन , वचन और शरीर से उन करोड़ों भारतीयों के हित के लिए स सचेष्ट होंगे जो दरिद्रता तथा मूर्खता के अज्ञात सागर में निरंतर डूबते जा रहे हैं ।" समर्थ राष्ट्र में ही युवा पीढ़ी का भविष्य उज्जवल बन सकता है और साथ ही इसे भी समझना होगा कि राष्ट्र को  समर्थ बनाने में  युवाओं की ही महती भूमिका होती है । इसलिए विश्व में सर्वाधिक युवा जनसंख्या वाले अपने भारत को उन्नत बनाने के लिए युवा पीढ़ी को ही आगे आना होगा ।

भारत का राष्ट्रीय आदर्श है  -त्याग और सेवा ! प्रत्येक नागरिक को अपनी आय का कुछ भाग देश सेवा में समर्पित करना चाहिए। तन, मन और धन से हम राष्ट्र सेवा के प्रति योगदान करेंगे तो भारत विश्व में सिरमौर बनेगा ।

Every Indian should perform the duty of service to the nation. Three things are necessary to make every man and nation great -Believing in the power of virtue, abandoning jealousy and contempt, and helping those who are diligent to become truth or to do truth. "

Swamiji says - "Be a patriot, consider the nation that has done so many great things for us in the past, even more than life! ........ India  Only when awake hundreds of men and women with huge heart, immerse all desires of enjoyment and pleasure from mind, speech and body  Millions will be conscious of the interest of Indians who are constantly drowning in the unknown sea of ​​poverty and stupidity. "In a capable nation, the future of the young generation can be bright and at the same time  It has to be understood that youths have an important role in enabling the nation. Therefore, only the young generation will have to come forward to improve their India with the largest young population in the world.

India's national motto is resignation and service! Every citizen should devote some part of his income to the country service. If we contribute towards national service with body, mind and money, India will become the best in the world.
